The Product Team at Unifonic is looking for an attentive UX Researcher who will work across all products, implementing user research on a daily basis not only roadmap initiatives but also proposing the core workflows of the platform. In this role, you will work on roadmap deliverables and flow improvement prioritization based on data and research initiatives. The responsibilities of the UX Researcher include but are not limited to:
Validate assumptions that will guide the product team’s designs
Perform qualitative insight activities with consumers
Work closely with the UX team and PMs delivering insights and recommendations based on data analysis and usability research
Develop metrics and KPIs to track goals and improve general user experience in Unifonic platform user flows
Deliver insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative user research that measurably improve the core workflows of our target users
Organize workshops and research sessions to leverage a collaborative environment; working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers
Conduct In-Depth interviews, surveys, A/B testing, usability tests, card sorting, co-working sessions, and workshops
Create user personas and customer journeys
Evangelize UX research in the organization
Hands-on 2+ years of UX research experience with UX research tools.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with usability research tools such as Maze, User-berry, User Testing, etc.
A good experience with data layer product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Pendo, Adobe Analytics, etc.
Demonstrated experience with research design and statistical analysis for hypothesis testing
Significant experience with multiple user research methodologies that span the product development life cycle from conceptualization to launch, such as lab studies, field research, iterative prototype testing, and surveys/questionnaires.
Experience working alongside Product Managers, Product Designers, and Developers.
A strong research portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables (eg: study plans, reports).
Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing, and verbal communication.
