The main aim of our Sales team is to drive revenue while acting as trusted consultants to our customers. Our team is made up of experts in account management, business development, and customer service. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. If you have a track record of success in sales, enjoy building relationships, and have a passion for helping others, we want you on our team.
As the Partnerships & Alliances Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, revenue streams, and customer base through strategic collaborations with telecom operators, government partners & consulting agencies in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for building and nurturing these critical relationships to achieve mutual business objectives and drive partner-led growth that helps Unifonic to grow in the Saudi Market.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
- Researching and identifying potential telco operators and government partners for collaboration.
- Developing a deep understanding of their business needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Initiating and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Working closely with the executive team to define partnership strategies and goals.
- Developing a clear roadmap for partnership initiatives.
- Creating business cases and proposals to demonstrate the value of collaboration.
- Negotiating partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for our company.
- Collaborating with legal and compliance teams to ensure all agreements adhere to regulations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
- Monitoring and managing ongoing partnerships to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Driving revenue growth through partnerships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Developing joint marketing and sales strategies to promote our services.
- Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes.
- Preparing regular reports and presentations to communicate partnership performance and ROI.
Job requirements
What you will bring:
- Proven track record of at least [5-7 years] of experience in partnerships and alliances, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Go-getter, massive communicator, equipped with project management skills, and a builder mindset.
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
- A strong network of contacts within the telecom and government sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CPAAS or related technology solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Fluent in Arabic & English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
