Senior Enterprise Solution Sales Executive

The Solution Sales team at Unifonic is looking for a seasoned Senior Enterprise Solution Sales professional who will be responsible for developing and driving opportunities to sell our Customer Engagement Solution. In this role, you will utilize your background, experience, and your relationship-building skills to win new sales deals with existing and new clients. You will internally collaborate with various teams to achieve and overachieve revenue targets. The successful candidate should have a can-do attitude, who has an effective approach to problem-solving, take initiative, and has the ability to develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships. They also should have Pre-sales experience. The responsibilities of the Senior Enterprise Solution Sales Executive include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop business relationships to expand the company’s customer base and improve the existing business relationships and report pertinent data.
  • Create exceptional sales pitches for prospective clients.
  • Form a deep understanding of customer businesses and the challenges they're facing.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering teams to develop customized solutions as per the clients’ requirements.
  • Prepare for and present Solutions demos to demonstrate Unifonic's solutions and their value to the client.
  • Keep clients up-to-date with the latest products and sales information; renew contracts with clients at set time intervals and maintain clear client sale records in the database.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
  • Identify key decision-makers within the targeted leads and facilitate meetings to begin the sales process.
  • Meet the expected growth targets determined by the management.
  • Last relationships and regularly following up with existing clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Develop cooperative closing strategy and tactics with sales management.

Job requirements

  • Hands-on 5+ years of recent experience in selling software as a service products (SaaS), or IT solutions within Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent territory development, lead generation, and qualification skills.
  • Active relationships with the accounts that you manage or potential accounts within the industry.
  • Previous Pre-sales experience.
  • Value Selling skills that involve acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the client experience & collaborating with internal departments to facilitate clients' need fulfillment.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle, sales management, closing techniques, and multiple industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or other related fields.
  • Effective communicator with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
