Sales Development Representative

The Marketing and Central Sales at Unifonic is seeking a driven and self-motivated Sales Development Representative to directly grow the revenue of Unifonic alongside the sales team to qualify leads and collaboratively build Unifonic’s pipelines. In this role, you will be identifying any opportunities to improve qualification and operational processes.

The Successful candidate should be used to delivering value in fast-paced situations and should be energized by learning about new and existing products. This includes building and iterating on the development of demand generation and sales processes. The responsibilities of the Technology Consultant include but are not limited to:


  • Follow up with marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities. Ensure sufficiently qualified leads are moved through the funnel and connected with the relevant salesperson with pre-arranged meetings.
  • Develop and lead campaigns from idea-generation to qualified calls and provide input on scaling them.
  • Develop and create templates for best practices and sales workflows for interactions with outbound prospects.
  • Develop relationships with prospects to uncover needs including but not limited to goals, plans, challenges, and purchasing timelines in order to prepare a good hand-off to sales.
  • Follow-up with potential customers who initially expressed interest but did not result in a sales opportunity.
  • Efficiently work through lead lists by meeting and exceeding SLAs with a consistent update of activity and CRM information.
  • Provide feedback and insights to Marketing to help improve targeting and messaging.

Job requirements

  • Hands-on 1+ years experience in Business Development, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in communication platforms and technology.
  • Proactive self-starter that is able to operate in a hyper-growth environment.
  • English speaker with superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good commercial acumen with a bias for tangible action and results.
