Our Engineering team is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the systems and technologies that drive Unifonic’s solutions. We work closely with other departments to ensure our products and services meet the needs of our customers. As an AI Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of our CX platform into a fully Agentic, AI-native experience. In this high-impact role, you will define the vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation agentic capabilities that elevate how businesses engage with customers.
You’ll operate at the intersection of GenAI, LLMs, autonomous agent design, and real-world CX challenges driving innovation and turning cutting-edge AI into practical, scalable products.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Owning the roadmap and strategy for unifonic’s Agentic AI portfolio from ideation to launch to ongoing iteration.
Building and scaling AI-driven autonomous agents that handle customer support, sales outreach, workflow execution, and insight generation across voice, chat, and omnichannel interactions.
Translating complex customer use cases into intelligent, reliable agentic workflows powered by the latest GenAI and LLM advancements.
Defining and shaping core agentic capabilities: memory, reasoning, planning, tool usage, action execution, evaluation loops, and multi-agent coordination.
Partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver high-impact features at speed and quality.
Working with Marketing and Sales to craft differentiated positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for AI-native CX solutions.
Exploring emerging technologies, including LLM frameworks, RAG systems, vector search, orchestration engines, agent toolkits, and copilots to inform product direction continuously.
Owning measurable outcomes: adoption, retention, satisfaction, activation rates, and tangible business value.
Job requirements
What you'll bring:
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years building AI/ML, GenAI, or automation products.
Demonstrated experience working with agent-based systems, copilots, workflows, or automation platforms.
Technical fluency, comfortable discussing LLM architecture, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, tool-calling, and APIs with engineering teams.
A builder and problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and excels at taking AI products from concept to shipped reality.
Proven success launching AI-powered or highly technical products in high-growth or startup-like environments.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align executives, engineers, and customers around a shared vision.
A strong sense of ownership and passion for applying AI to transform customer experiences and enterprise workflows.
