Job description
Proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work®, we are an AI-native customer experience platform purpose-built for emerging markets. With more than 25 years of conversational AI research and development, we serve over 5,000 enterprises across MENA and are pioneering sovereign, agentic AI through our Agentic Studio platform. As the category takes shape, the way Unifonic is perceived — by buyers, analysts, media, and the broader market — is a strategic asset. This role owns that perception.
We thrive on creativity, collaboration, and fun, where every idea is welcomed and celebrated. As shareholders in the company, we’re more than just communicators—we’re innovators shaping the future together. We are Unifones. Join us and be part of something extraordinary!
Meet the team!
The Marketing team is a collaborative group of professionals dedicated to driving business growth, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing customer engagement. Through strategic planning, integrated campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making, the team delivers impactful initiatives that support revenue objectives, generate market demand, and contribute to the company's overall success. By combining creativity, innovation, and analytical thinking, the team continuously adapts to evolving market trends, optimizes performance, and creates meaningful business outcomes that advance organizational goals.
As Principal Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for building and optimizing high-performance demand generation programs that convert paid and organic activity into qualified pipeline and revenue for Unifonic.
You act as a subject-matter expert within the growth team, helping define channel strategy, improving performance across acquisition and conversion, and ensuring campaigns are data-driven, efficient, and scalable. You partner closely with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Sales to turn demand into qualified pipeline and revenue.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Designing and optimizing full-funnel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels.
Focusing on pipeline efficiency (CPL, CPA, cost per opportunity) rather than vanity metrics like clicks or impressions.
Supporting account-based and intent-driven campaigns targeting key enterprise segments in MENA.
Continuously testing and optimizing bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives to improve ROI.
Supporting organic search strategy, including SEO and generative engine optimization (GEO).
Improving landing page performance and conversion rates in collaboration with Web and Product teams.
Contributing to technical and content SEO initiatives that improve organic pipeline over time.
Optimizing inbound lead flows and nurture journeys using marketing automation platforms.
Supporting lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle definitions in partnership with Marketing Operations and Sales.
Ensuring accurate tracking and attribution across all funnel stages from first touch to opportunity.
