Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist!

The Strategy team at Unifonic is on the lookout a forward-thinking and motivated individual to drive the company on a hyper growth path by adding new products and market capabilities across the globe through inorganic/strategic investments.

In this role, you will work with a small team of exciting and experienced technology strategy/growth leaders on end-to-end inorganic growth and Go-To-Market initiatives, including strategy, due diligence, contracting/closing, deal closure, integration, and success monitoring globally.

The successful candidate should be well-versed in building and maintaining effective M&A strategies and have hands-on execution experience. You must be a self-starter and have excellent communication skills.

  • Identify opportunities, open and leverage relationships.
  • Work on end-to-end tech M&A deals, with executive / business leadership, networks (bankers, advisors, in-house teams) including:
    • Inorganic growth strategy and execution.
    • Deal due diligence.
    • Commercials and valuation.
    • Contracting & closing.
    • Deal integration and monitoring.



  • Hands-on of 2-6 years experience in M&A advisory/execution, preferably as part of investment banks, Big-4, or corporate strategy development teams.
  • Experience in market scanning, deal evaluation, due diligence and commercial evaluation working with advisors/in-house cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to M&A strategy/roadmap and integration will be an added advantage.
  • Problem solver. Ability to solve customer problems through cloud communication technologies required.
  • Collaborative. Manage multi-stakeholder relationships and closely collaborate with virtual teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
