Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition

The Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition is a data-driven marketer that will own the inbound marketing funnel for the acquisition or upselling of targeted enterprise accounts. The Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition is in charge of attracting website traffic, converting traffic into new leads, and nurturing those leads with relevant content over digital channels to help the sales team in the closing of the account. The Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition is closely working with the creative and content team and the sales team to develop the needed material for the specific target client lists to be executed through HubSpot. The responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist - Customer Acquisition include but are not limited to:

  • Build and manage a rich content calendar that attracts qualified audiences including blog posts, infographics, webinars, etc.
  • Grow new marketing-qualified leads by converting website traffic through calls to action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Develop the target audience lists based on the value proposition and campaign goals.
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media channels.
  • Establish a reporting dashboard following the lead stage in the journey.
  • Run and track social media promotions to drive traffic.


  • Hands-on 2+ years of experience in developing communications campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using social media and executing digital campaigns.
  • Experienced in marketing automation and CMS tools such as HubSpot.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar field.
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
