Analytics and Insights Manager
The Marketing team at Unifonic are looking for an Analytics and Insights Manager to lead the development and execution of insights, measurements and strategies that drive commercial growth at unifonic. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, you will directly influence commercial strategy, pricing, GTM and much more. In addition to providing insights, you will own the systems and processes used to generate insights and tangible business recommendations. In this role you will measure success not just by the amount of insights produced but by the overall effectiveness of its tangible outcomes. In addition, you will build and manage an analyst team and collaborate closely with business leadership regionally and globally to achieve commercial objectives.
The successful candidate should be a data driven individual with a proven track record in insight development and experience in building business analytics and reporting processes in a hyper growth environment. Beyond owning the analytics and insights machinery, the role requires the ability to effectively synthesize and communicate those results. The responsibilities of the Analytics and Insights Manager include but are not limited to:
Maintain a lean, effective management cadence for accountability and decision making, allowing the team to remain nimble and dynamic while setting up the business to meet and exceed plans.
Partner with the Finance and Data Engineering team for P&L and KPI oversight, promptly calling out risks and opportunities to business leaders for decision making.
Collaborate with key stakeholders including but not limited to the Sales and Marketing teams to gather requirements for dashboards, analysis, commercial experiments or forecasting projects.
Generate strategic insights and action plans that drive growth across customer segments and new verticals.
Partner with cross functional teams to determine corresponding commercial goals and targets in an integrated and cohesive manner.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to launch, execute and maintain data pipeline across all relevant data requirements.
Conduct large-scale data analysis and modelling to derive actionable insight to improve efficiency and effectiveness of commercial projects and to assist in decision making in unifonic.
Develop and manage analytics and insights roadmap for the company.
Ensure scalability, repeatability, and accessibility of developed analysis, reporting and dashboards.
Hands-on 5+ years of recent experience in data analytics in a B2B setting or any related strategy field.
Good commercial acumen with a bias for tangible action and results.
Extensive working experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics, data visualisation tools (such as Tableau) and CRM tools (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
Proficient in SQL, MS Excel and forms of statistical analysis including but not limited to hypothesis development, testing, regression.
Experience managing a team of analysts.
Excellent English written and verbal skills.
