Our Procurement team plays a key role in ensuring the company has the right suppliers, contracts, and resources to operate efficiently. By collaborating with stakeholders across departments, the team drives smart sourcing decisions, strengthens vendor relationships, and ensures every purchase aligns with business needs, compliance standards, and long‑term value.
As an Investor Relations Specialist, you'll be the operational backbone of our IR function. You'll coordinate investor activities, fundraising, and due diligence, and make sure every report, presentation, and board pack is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. Working closely with Finance, Legal, Executive Management, and external advisors, you'll manage investor requests, data rooms, and shareholder records, while helping us keep our investor communications sharp, well governed, and confidential.
Help us shape the future of communication by:
Coordinating all Investor Relations activities and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Serving as a central point of contact between Investor Relations, Finance, Legal, Executive Management, and external advisors.
Managing investor request logs and tracking completion of information requests.
Coordinating investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and management presentations.
Maintaining investor databases, CRM systems, fundraising trackers, and shareholder records.
Supporting fundraising activities by coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
Managing virtual data rooms and ensuring documents remain complete, organized, and up to date.
Collecting information, supporting schedules, and documents required for investor due diligence exercises.
Following up with functional owners to ensure timely delivery of requested materials.
Tracking due diligence progress and escalating delays or gaps when necessary.
Gathering financial, operational, and business information from various departments to support investor and board deliverables.
Reviewing reports, presentations, and supporting schedules for completeness, consistency, accuracy, and quality before distribution.
Validating data sources and identifying inconsistencies, omissions, calculation errors, formatting issues, and conflicting information.
Performing reasonableness checks on KPIs, trends, and supporting analyses.
Coordinating corrections with report owners and ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Ensuring investor-facing materials adhere to approved messaging and reporting standards.
Coordinating preparation of board and shareholder materials by consolidating inputs from relevant stakeholders.
Tracking action items arising from board and shareholder meetings.
Ensuring timely collection and review of supporting materials ahead of submission deadlines.
Maintaining governance and shareholder documentation archives.
Assisting in preparing investor communication materials and correspondence.
Coordinating responses to investor inquiries and information requests.
Tracking investor engagement activities and maintaining communication records.
Supporting the organization and logistics of investor events and meetings.
Monitoring industry, competitor, and capital market developments.
Compiling market intelligence and external information from relevant sources.
Maintaining databases of peer companies, market updates, transactions, and funding activities.
Establishing and maintaining checklists and quality-control procedures for investor and board materials.
Continuously improving the IR team's workflows, reporting processes, and document management practices.
Ensuring confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company information.
Job requirements
What you’ll bring:
3-4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, PMO, Audit, FP&A Support, Management Reporting, Consulting, or a similar coordination-intensive role.
Experience supporting fundraising, due diligence, board reporting, or capital markets activities is preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify inconsistencies and data-quality issues.
Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to handle multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
Professional communication and executive-level interaction skills.
