Inside Sales Manager, New Business
The Inside Sales team at Unifonic is looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Manager, New Business to grow, train and mentor our Account Executive Team (Hunters). In this role, you will lead the team to embrace challenges, fulfill their potential, and translate high-level strategy into actionable goals. The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Manager, New Business include but are not limited to:
Hire a talented and diverse team that delivers incredible value to our customers through consultative engagement and selling.

Teach top-notch sales skills and enable team members to accelerate their careers.
Prioritize activities that will lead to maximum impact, setting goals and measuring progress towards these activities.
Build personal relationships and act as an executive sponsor to the largest clients and deals within the territory.
Understand the most common needs of the largest customers and articulate them clearly to internal stakeholders.
Hands-on 5+ years of experience in achieving and exceeding individual contributor goals in a revenue owning and closing role.
Hands-on 2+ years of experience managing a team of individual contributors.
Proven experience and passion for teaching, developing, and growing the people they work with.
Operational Excellence: Experience with CRM Tools, including how to create/drive Sales Processes, and Pipeline and Forecast Management.
Cross-Functional Partnerships: Ability to engage internal partners to help scale the Small Business segment.
Bachelor's degree in business or any other related field, MBA is a plus.
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
