General Manager - KSA

The General Manager is a born leader with previous managerial experience who continues operating at our high standards. The General Manager is reviewing and improving organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. In addition, the General Manager is seeking out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new and building on existing business relationships. The responsibilities of the General Manager include but are not limited to:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, and assure their completion, while accomplishing his/her own goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of existing business relationships.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best employees to perform them while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of those involved.
  • Requirements

  • Hands-on 10+ years of experience; 5+ years' proven experience in a managerial role.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related fields.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain financial plans.
  • Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
