The Marketing team at Unifonic is seeking a creative and curious Field Marketing Manager to develop and lead an exciting marketing program in Saudi Arabia that will drive brand awareness and produce quality leads. In this role, you will lead internal and external vendors to deliver a wide range of marketing activities such as in-person events, online events, executive round-tables, and go-to-market programs. The strategic approach will be based on Unifonic’s regional business goals and you will propose campaigns that deliver a high return on investment.
The successful candidate should be a natural at collaborating with sales teams, managing vendor relationships, and working closely with internal marketing teams. The Field Marketing Manager should have a proven track record in building and executing strategic marketing programs that drive revenue through leads and brand awareness. The responsibilities of a Field Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:
Analyze market needs and opportunities
Build a strategic field marketing plan
Lead the execution, measurement, and follow-through
Manage vendors, partners, and freelancers
Collaborate closely with both sales and marketing
Use data and insights to drive decisions, where possible
Plan and organize large-scale marketing events
Own campaign and program reporting
Ensure the CRM is effectively capturing ROI
Bridge the marketing and sales teams and align toward organizational goals
Gather customer data and pain points and provide to marketing to tailor messaging
Manage the KSA field marketing budget
Bachelor's degree such as advertising, communications, or business.
Hands-on 5+ years of recent experience within B2B marketing or a technology company.
Analytical thinking and ability to measure return on investment.
Team leadership and organization design.
Strong communication skills.
Effective time management and planning skills.
Financial management to ensure budgets and allocations are effective.
Proven track record of driving marketing programs into new markets, regions, segments, and customer types.
Fluent in English & Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience working and scaling a technology start-up.
An execution-oriented individual that understands and can apply lean startup thinking and manage complex projects.
