At Unifonic, our Marketing & Operations team is where the action happens! We work on cutting-edge technology and business, helping to drive growth and innovation for Unifonic. We are responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in key verticals, and for creating and executing go-to-market strategies that will help us win in those markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, we work on bringing new solutions to the market and driving revenue growth.

As an Enterprise Solution Consultant, you'll possess a high EQ with executive presence, engage with senior decision-makers to uncover digital transformation initiatives, and learn how cloud communication can deliver digital transformation. 

Help us shape the future of communications by:

  • Serving as a technical liaison between sales and product development teams to nurture deals through the sales process and assist in solution design, quote, proposal, RFP response, and other documentation requirements.

  • Understanding the conversational automation platforms, their offerings/capabilities, and the problems that these offerings can solve for Enterprises in each Industry and each function.

  • Attending meetings with Sales team members during which you will be required to understand customer pain points, customer requirements, and business goals and suggest the most appropriate solution for the customer.

  • Preparing collateral content/presentations for techno-functional requirements and presenting to prospective customers.

  • Understanding the various backend & frontend systems that can be integrated with conversational platforms.

  • Concepting, implementing, and executing client-specific projects.

  • Educating, coaching, and supporting client, sales, and engineering teams during the introduction of the company's products as well as ongoing projects to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Working with the Sales team to help them understand the features of the Product and also to help them achieve the annual revenue targets.

  • Participating in problem escalation and call prevention projects to help clients and other technical specialists increase their efficiency when using the company's products.

  • Implementing product demos and pilots to showcase the company's value to prospects and clients.

  • Providing timely, prioritized, and complete client-based feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and/or Development regarding client’s business cases.

  • Monitoring client support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerting the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.

  • Identifying short-term and long-term issues that must be addressed, providing information and commentary, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

  • Maintaining knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies related to product offerings, integration strategies, and interoperability.

  • Taking ownership of the technical part of the bidding cycle, and building technical proposals for our enterprise customers.

Job requirements

What you will bring:

  • Hands-on 5+ years of recent experience selling technology solutions to enterprise customers.

  • Effective territory/account management skills: planning, opportunity qualification and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, partner engagement, opportunity management, and pipeline management.

  • Problem-solving skills:  Ability to solve customer problems through cloud communication technologies required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar information technology-related discipline, MBA preferred, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects with executive presence.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills: Led multi-stakeholder relationships and closely collaborate with virtual teams.

  • Fluency in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
