Director of Product Marketing

The Marketing team at Unifonic is looking for a Director of Product Marketing to build the product viability and the Go To Market Plan for new customer engagement product releases. In this role you will be focusing on understanding the market and the market needs, with an emphasis on understanding the buyer of Unifonic products and services to develop relevant use cases for communication solutions. The responsibilities of the Director of Product Marketing include but are not limited to:

  • Build, lead and coach a team of product marketers driving towards the north star of product & solutions revenue

  • Define, manage, and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing product initiatives including audience definition, product positioning, comms architecture, and launch strategy

  • Partner closely with our Sales and Product teams to understand our buyer needs and the broader competitive landscape

  • Lead the sales enablement efforts - training, content, tools to support related to products & solutions as part of the GTM

  • Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of go-to-market plans working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing (Demand Generation and Brand & Content)

  • Ensure alignment on product positioning and comms architecture across all channels including Marketing, Sales, and Product

  • Manage our pricing strategy and prices for our solutions & products

  • Take a data-driven approach to campaign strategy focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs

  • Help improve the impact of the Product Marketing function

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

  • 10+ years managing end-to-end product marketing at a B2B tech company

  • Experience leveraging a portfolio of products and position, price, and take to market

  • Ability to develop and implement processes to scale product marketing to succeed in a rapidly growing marketing org

  • Customer-focused expert who understands how to drive actionable insights from buyers

  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics, KPIs, ability to pivot when the data tells you

  • Results-driven, with a passion for using data to build marketing campaigns that solve business problems, advance our brand narrative, and resonate with our member base

  • Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative and take risks building a consumer brand from ground level

  • Highly effective communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams

  • Fluent in English with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
