Director of Digital Enablement

The Director of Digital Enablement is providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing digital transformation plans to improve business growth, cost-effectiveness, and service quality. The Director of Digital Enablement is implementing new technical initiatives; streamlining, automating, and simplifying processes; and educating staff across the company in the effective use of the technologies and processes. The Director of Digital Enablement is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems. The responsibilities of the Director of Digital Enablement include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of long-term digital enablement strategy and plans for the organization in collaboration with other senior management teammates.
  • Oversee and manage processes related to the delivery and support of digital tools (software and hardware).
  • Diagnose root problems and recommend end-to-end solutions that use digital workflows and tools and harness the power of robotic process automation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to reinvent and accelerate our work.
  • Lead the development of digital-tools training materials that will facilitate the effective implementation of adopted digital platforms and tools.
  • Execute robust vendor search and evaluation processes, make recommendations, and lead implementation across the organization for all software and hardware adopted.
  • Remain current on industry standards, innovations, and new tools.


  • Hands-on 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms with a focus on digital enablement/transformation. Ideally, in a fast-growing technology company.
  • Working knowledge of business systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ticketing, collaboration tools, and other cloud systems preferably Dynamics 365, Hubspot, Slack, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to demonstrate a strategic and innovative approach to the delivery of outputs and outcomes.
  • Track record in leading collaboratively by working successfully with others in cross-functional teams to create solutions.
  • Ability to interact as comfortably with senior management and board members as with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
