At Unifonic, our Revenue Operations team ensures seamless and efficient revenue processes across the business. We empower teams with the tools, policies, and insights they need to close deals effectively while driving growth and compliance.

As a Deal Desk Lead, you will own deal structure, pricing, and deal-to-cash workflows, while enabling and onboarding sales and account management reps. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders, you will ensure deals are closed efficiently, profitably, and in full compliance with company policies.

Help us shape the future of communication by:

  • Leading the Deal Desk function: structure, review, and approve sales deals (new logo, renewals, expansions) in line with company margin, pricing, discount, and legal policies.

  • Onboarding and enable new Sales and Account Management reps — training on pricing, discounting, contracts, approval workflows, quoting tools.

  • Building and maintain standardized templates, tools, and playbooks for common deal types – have a template library for different product and feature decks.

  • Developing, optimize, and enforce SLAs for deal flow, approvals, quote generation, contract processing.

  • Collaborating tightly with Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, Customer Success to resolve blockers, ensure compliance, and improve deal velocity.

  • Monitoring and report deal desk metrics: discounting patterns, approval times, deal cycle lengths, compliance exceptions.

  • Proposing and lead process improvements (including automation) to speed up deal cycles and reduce friction.

  • Participating in pricing strategy discussions: special pricing requests, margin impact, product bundling.

Job requirements

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or any related field.

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, deal desk, or commercial support roles.

  • Deep knowledge in sales processes, quotes, approvals, operational processes, and business contracts.

  • Experienced in supporting sales and account management teams in preparing and reviewing contracts, offers, and proposals.
