Business Operations Manager
The Business Operations Manager is managing strategic plans for unifonic and its business goals, ensuring world-class quality and performance delivery through Carrier Operations Team; meeting our customer's expectations. The responsibilities of the Business Operations Manager include but are not limited to:
Lead and manage Carrier Operations Team.
Apply workflow management.
Create/Maintain documented operational processes and procedures.
Manage and ensure Business Goals are met.
Monitor and Maximize performance.
Guide, support and develop staff.
Hands-on 7+ years of experience in a managerial position.
ITIL Foundation certified.
Strong leadership strategies.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or any other IT-related field.
Excellent in GSuite (Gmail, GDocs, GSheets, GSlides, etc).
Experience in reporting/BI Tools such as Tableau, and Kibana, as well as project management softwares like JIRA and Confluence.
Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.
